Product formulations, ingredients, flavors, serving sizes, packaging, appearance, design, and availability may change from time to time.

Twisli products should only be used according to the instructions provided with the applicable product.
Certain Twisli products may be designed for specific bottle openings, bottle types, or recommended water volumes.
Do not force a Twisli Cap onto an incompatible bottle or container.
Do not modify the product, unnecessarily disassemble it, use it in a manner inconsistent with its instructions, or consume a product that appears damaged or improperly sealed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Twisli is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, modification, misuse, or use with an incompatible bottle or container.

5. Pre-Orders

Current Twisli pre-orders are expected to begin shipping in mid-October 2026.

- The product is not immediately available for shipment.
- Production and shipping dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
- Production and fulfillment schedules may change.
6. Pre-Order Delays

Once fulfillment has begun, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify the order.
